Gucci Mane may have caught a break when the courts allowed the time he’s already served while awaiting his recent charges to be counted towards his overall bid, but we’re still a few years away from the Atlanta rapper’s release. However, we’ve already seen a whole discography’s worth of music released since he’s been incarcerated, and Gucci is continuing to further his career from beyond bars with several new projects in the future. One of those, The Return of Mr. Perfect, is dropping today, and a featured cut has been dropped off to keep Guwop’s name in our memory. The Dun Deal-produced “Lil Dudes” finds Gucci sporting a sharper flow than we’ve become accustomed to hearing in recent months, and as opposed to being some back-of-catalog off-track from studio sessions years ago, this one might very well be a more recent, calculated number judging by the production and vocals. Guwop is in top trap form here, nimbly directing his marble-mouthed flow through bars about drugs, women, violence, money and more drugs. You can check out “Lil Dudes” above.
