Coming soon from Leica is the latest addition to its D-Lux line: the D-Lux 9. Equipped with a 12.8MP 4/3” MOS sensor and fast Leica DC Vario-Summilux 10.9–34 mm f/1.7-2.8 lens with 4x zoom and 24-75mm equivalent, the tiny compact camera also boasts features like a 3.0” 920,000 pixel LCD display, ISO 100-25,600, UHD 4K technology and MP4 video, Optical Image Stabilization, and both NFC and Wi-Fi connectivity. The Leica D-Lux Typ 109 — a take on the new Panasonic Lumix LX100 — can be pre-ordered online now for $1,195 USD and is expected to be available this November.
