While working on his highly-anticipated sophomore album, Frank Ocean has also been rearranging his representation. As Billboard points out, the singer has found a new management, signing with Three Six Zero. Mark Gillespie, co-founder of Three Six Zero Group, says:
“Frank is an incredibly intelligent and creatively brilliant individual. We’re proud that he felt Three Six Zero was the right home for him.”
As previously reported, Ocean parted ways with Christian and Kelly Clancy of 4 Strikes Management as well as publicity firm Life or Death PR back in June. Before signing with Three Six Zero Group, he reportedly met with Guy Oseary (U2, Madonna) and Ron Laffitte (Pharrell Williams, Alicia Keys).
While there is still no official word out on when the follow-up to his critically-acclaimed debut album, channel.ORANGE, will appear, Ocean has enlisted Hit-Boy and Rodney Jerkins along with frequent collaborators Happy Perez, Charlie Gambetta and Kevin Ristro.
