Commonwealth x ASICS Gel Lyte V "The Gemini"

ASICS has entered into a collaboration with American specialty boutique Commonwealth to produce a special edition of the Gel Lyte V silhouette called ‘The Gemini.’ Named after the constellation representing the celestial twins, the shoes seem identical at first glance, but upon closer inspection we can see that there is premium full-grain leather on one shoe, while there is nubuck suede on the other, and vice versa. The aim of this design thus encourages people to “be creative and celebrate individuality.” Bundled with a Commonwealth ‘Gemini’ bandana upon purchase, these shoes are available exclusively at the Commonwealth boutiques in Virginia Beach, VA and Washington, DC, as well as its online store.
