Certainly an authority in worldwide affairs, Monocle‘s annual “Quality of Life” survey is one perhaps the perfect summary of the publication’s year-long labor. The London-based periodical has just released the latest edition of its survey for 2014, considering transportation, schooling, ease of leisure, and other factors into its list of the world’s most livable cities. Topping the list for North America is Vancouver, the British Colombian city, while Tokyo takes the number one spot for Asia. Enjoy the (beautifully shot) video above to peruse the other cities, then head over to Monocle‘s website to learn more.
