The long-awaited followup to I Am Not a Human Being II has officially got a release date. Lil Wayne the announcement early this morning, promising that the album is definitely underway and it’s looking like’s dropping around Halloween on October 28. This all took place during his visit on ESPN’s First Take show where he not only talked about sports, but announced the release date of his album and the official album cover which can be seen below.
