Despite the platinum-selling album already being three years old it has still managed to cause a little commotion. That said it seems JAY Z, Kanye West and Frank Ocean have found their toes dipped in hot water. Targeting the trio’s collaborative track “Made In America” from Watch The Throne, New York musician Joel McDonald has set out to sue for copyright infringement. Claiming they stole his song of the same name released back in 2009 via iTunes, McDonald is looking to score $3 million for the troubles caused.
