A surprise performance of Chris Brown and Drake at this year’s OVO Fest has reportedly been canceled due to Canada’s border laws. As TMZ points out, Brown’s camp has pulled the plug on their first live duet performance since they realized that Brown is unlikely to enter Canada due to his felony conviction. Brown was released from jail in June after serving time for a probation violation, and he still has a pending assault charge in Washington D.C. Breezy was supposed to join Drake on stage during Monday night’s OVO celebration in order to perform a song on which they collaborated last month.
