Autopsy Confirms, DJ Rashad Died of Drug Overdose

According to the autopsy, Chicago footwork pioneer, DJ Rashad, died of a drug overdose. As the NBC Chicago points out, toxicological tests found that Rashad died of heroin, cocaine and alprazolam intoxication, and his death was ruled an accident. Previous reports were conflicting, an early autopsy was inconclusive, while his mother contradicted a statement of a cousin that Rashad died from a blood clot. The authorities state that Rashad Harden was found unresponsive by a friend and pronounced dead at the scene on April 26.
