Is Kanye West Omitting JAY Z's Name From Lyrics?
There has been speculation going on lately on whether Kanye West and JAY Z are still at good terms.

There has been speculation going on lately on whether Kanye West and JAY Z are still at good terms. As The Guardian points out, the issue was first raised on KanyeToThe.com by a user who attended the X Music Festival in Austin, Texas last weekend. The user referred to fan videos of Kanye performing “Cold” and “Blood on the Leaves” where he appeared to intentionally drop JAY’s name.
“First time he [skipped Jay Z’s name], I [thought], ‘Ehh that’s odd, maybe he’s just letting the crowd finish it whatever,’” he continued, “then [Kanye] skipped his name again… definitely obvious and intentional.”
As an example, Yeezy altered the original lines in the recorded version of “Blood on the Leaves”:
“I don’t give a damn if you used to talk to Jay Z/ He ain’t with you, he with Beyoncé, you need to stop actin’ lazy.” Instead, West omitted Jay’s name and changed the last line to: “You need to stop actin’ crazy!”
You can view the moment in this video here, around the 3:00 minute mark. To add further fuel to this speculation, Hova and his wife Beyoncé recently missed the recent wedding to Kim Kardashian in Italy, choosing instead to spend a weekend in the Hamptons. Coincidence? We’ll let you discuss in the comment section below.
