For this year’s London Collections: Men, acclaimed menswear designer Christopher Raeburn looked to aviation as the key theme in his repertoire. Continuing his ethos of sustainability in design, parachutes were repurposed as macs, and MIG fighter-pilots reproduced as laced jackets, further complemented by backpacks made with similar textures. Elsewhere, leather bomber jackets featured playing card patches paired alongside sweats and track shorts. Japanese tech fabrics took on grey floral prints on anoraks, camp caps and shorts, while sandy-hued Palladium sneaker boots rounded out each outfit with militaristic styling.
