Continuing its collaborative venture with independent hot sauce brand Tapatio, The Hundreds whizzed over to East Borough, a Vietnamese restaurant situated in the heart of Culver City, California to witness the chef owner of Free Range LA, Jesse Furman, and East Borough’s chef owner duo, John Vu Cao and Chloe Tran cook up a storm. The resulting creations were Tapatio-inspired Mexican and Vietnamese fusion dishes which included the mouth-watering Fried Chicken Torta Banh Mi and the mind-blowing Wonton Nachos.
