Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, and More Reflect On 'Illmatic'

With Nas’ Illmatic album turning 20-years-old next week, Google Play has decided to celebrate the iconic album by looking back on it with a few artists who’ve used it for inspiration. Guest features include Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q, Jay Rock, Hot 97’s Peter Rosenberg, Sir Michael Rocks and many more as they discuss the influence and personal favorite tracks. Illmatic will be rereleased on April 15, and feature-length documentary, titled Time Is Illmatic, which focuses on the making of the album, will be released later this year.
