Kanye West Postpones Tour To Finish New Album

Days after announcing the European and Australian legs of his ‘YEEZUS Tour’, Kanye West will now be pushing back the dates of his Aussie performances to September. According to Roc Nation:

Due to unexpected timing requirements to finish his highly anticipated new studio album, scheduled for a 2014 release, Kanye West regretfully announces the postponement of his upcoming tour dates in Australia.

West has spoken on the upcoming album in the past, going on to share the project will only feature eight songs, as he looks to maintain the same minimal idea used for Yeezus. Rumors have also been swirling that the tour’s postponement could be due to his upcoming wedding with Kim Kardashian. For fans who have already purchased tickets to see Ye in Australia, your tickets will still be honored when the show comes to your town.
