Broods - Bridges (ASTR Remix)

New Zealand duo Broods had a hit on their hands with 2013’s “Bridges,” and NYC’s ASTR have released their remix of the single. ASTR’s rework is both beholden to the new wave and pop of the eighties and the modern synth-pop making the blog rounds, and the pair also add a tropical touch to the original. This new take would do well in a club setting, and ASTR have given “Bridges” the ability detonate dance floors wherever glossy, manicured electronic sounds are accepted.
