Commemorating the annual spring celebrations in the cities John Wall and Damian Lillard call home, adidas Basketball premieres the “Florist City” collection for two of the NBA’s top point guards. Including socks, hats, sweatshirts, and the famous Crazy 1 sneaker, each piece within the above range sports a themed floral print design. For Lillard, his grouping pays homage to Portland’s famous rose gardens and Rose Festival with a rose print upper and green details to mimic the flower’s stem. As for Wall, adidas incorporated cherry blossom details for this year’s Cherry Blossom festival in Washington, D.C. The grey upper however was chosen to replicate the stone used in the monuments throughout the city. The “Florist City” pack will be available at Compound Gallery and adidas.com on March 19. Furthermore, Wall and Lillard will be at the Portland-based retailer on said release date to sign autographs for those that purchased items from the collection.
