3sixteen USN 5-Panel Caps

After rummaging through a vintage military surplus warehouse, the team at 3sixteen managed to find several pairs of vintage USN foul weather deck pants in quality condition. Made of a so-called “jungle cloth,” these pants were crafted with a dense-weave cotton grosgrain to be both wind- and rain-resistant. Not wanting them to simply gather dust, 3sixteen brought new life to the fabric by teaming up with Kickerbocker MFG to produce a limited batch of 5-panel caps. Each cap is unique to its own design, as different parts of the pants are used in its construction. While some come with a smooth paneling, others feature special overlays and unique detailing. From five pairs of USN deck pants, 50 jungle cloth caps were made. Head to 3sixteen now to purchase a cap for $60 USD.
