Drawing a striking parallel with the brand itself, Taiwanese fashion brand wisdom addresses the notion of summits with its Spring/Summer 2014 collection. The collection is titled “EIGHT THOUSAND FEET” as a reference to the peak at which most climbers experience altitude sickness. These ideas are most obviously expressed through asymmetrical cargo pockets and buttoning on T-shirt bodies, as well as clever gradient polka dotting. Elsewhere, designer Hans Chyi was sure to preserve the ‘urban dweller’ aesthetic as outlined in the “Mt. GENTLEMAN” release a while back, expressed through vibrant plaid separates.
