Drake‘s music imprint, October’s Very Own has just announced some new details for this year’s OVO Fest and it comes with a big surprise many will be pleased with, as it looks like Outkast will be co-headlining with Drizzy on the multi-city tour starting in August. Much like last year’s tour, other surprise guests should be in store as well. Tickets go on sale this Friday, February 21. Will you be there?
