Celebrating snowboarding and its world-class team of riders, Oakley presents Snowboarding: For Me. The film follows the unique stories of a prolific group of riders as they rode and explored Finland, British Columbia, Norway and Japan over the last two years. The team consists of snowboarding pioneers Terje Håkonsen, Nicolas Müller, Eero Ettala Jake Blauvelt, Danny Kass and JP Walker, as well as Olympians Shaun White, Mark McMorris and Ståle Sandbech, all of whom share in the frustrations and revelations that come with reaching their personal goals. “Snowboarding: For Me was intended to be a platform for our world-class athletes to share their unique perspectives and experiences that snowboarding has provided them,” said Cuan Petersen, Director of Sports Marketing. “The movie taps into that internal craving we all have, whether a pro snowboarder or newcomer, to get out and ride for the love of the sport.” The film includes archival and never-before-seen footage of the riders on and off the slope, all captured with advanced technological techniques.
