This year, Oakley will be releasing a new color for the classic Frogskin frame every month. For this month, they will be dropping this beautiful Matte Neon Yellow frame which features the reflective mirror "fire" lenses. If you're into retro colors then these will definitely be up your alley. Don't miss out though because this color will never be produced again. Available now at Caliroots.
Once a successful concert poster designer, Spanish born artist and designer Frank Kozik would eventually develop another fruitful career behind his talents as a toy designer. His creative talents have been recognized in an upcoming pair of sunglasses produced jointly with Oakley called "The Future Is Stupid". The unveiling was part of Oakley's press and party event on March 31st. The event showcased both previously released, present and future products from the established eyewear company. No word yet on a release date or if the glasses will come fully packaged in a collectible set.
Back in '98 a few Englishmen known as The London Police headed out to Amsterdam, the world of illicit drugs and red light districts to revamp the aesthetically boring drug capital of the world. The city soon became marked by characters known "LADS". From 2002 onwards, The London Police would send out representatives to all corners of the globe to mark the streets with LADS.
As part of Oakley's Artist Series Collection, Oakley offered up a comprehensive package including not only signature GASCAN sunglasses but also CROWBAR googles, custom hoodie and a special zippered case with original The London Police artwork. The whole package is priced at $500 USD however the GASCAN will be available outside the package with a price of $170 USD.
