Nike Sportswear looks to the winter getaway and takes cues from warm beaches, clear waters, and tropical islands for its latest pack of trainers. Having already highlighted the beach-inspired “Pale Shale” Air Trainer 3 and ocean-esque “Crystal Mint” Air Trainer 2, we now turn our attention to the pack’s “Light Redwood” Air Trainer 1. Like its aforementioned brethren, this special edition Trainer 1 boasts a premium soft leather upper — in this case executed in a “Light Redwood” hue — along with a tonal aesthetic. Resembling the red clay found beneath the island soil, NSW’s Air Trainer 1 Premium “Light Redwood” is due out before year’s end while both the Air Trainer 2 and Air Trainer 3 will hit select stockists and Nike.com come December 13.
