Concluding his popular BBC Radio 1 Residency last night, James Blake offered an eclectic selection

Concluding his popular BBC Radio 1 Residency last night, James Blake offered an eclectic selection and mixed in music from Kanye West, Nat King Cole, Ray Charles, and Art Garfunkel. He also featured an interesting set of collaborations — from Bing Crosby and David Bowie to The Vanguard and D’Angelo to Stevie Wonder and Take 6. He gave a special shout out to D’Angelo, who graced the musical landscape with his first album in 14 years earlier this week. You can listen to the mix here.
Moving forward, the BBC Radio 1 Residency will continue with Flying Lotus, on January 15, and Jon Hopkins on January 22.
