Amazon Kicks Off Amazon Prime Now Delivery Service

Sometimes work life gets overwhelming, the energy isn’t there, or you simply don’t have time. Whatever the reason for online shopping, Amazon has launched a new initiative to bring its extensive online catalog to your doorstep. Amazon Prime members can now enjoy Prime Now – which provides free two-hour delivery from the site to your doorstep; expedited one-hour delivery is nicely priced at $7.99. These features are available through the Amazon Prime Now app, which features “tens of thousands” of curated selections from Amazon’s retail base. Here’s the catch: the service is available only in select areas of New York City between 6 a.m. and midnight. Prime Now is presently available on the iTunes Store.
