Big Sean recently returned to his hometown of Detroit to offer a surprise performance at the Detroit Vs. Everybody store on Monroe St. for Vevo’s Go Show series. Hundreds of fans showed up to show love after the G.O.O.D. Music representative unveiled the location of his gig via Twitter. The highlight of intimate performance was the live version of his anthem “I Don’t F*ck With You.” Prior to the shwow, Sean said?
“Detroit has an underlying soul that no other place has. I let that inspire me always. To be able to perform so up close and personal in my hometown is perfect.”
The event marked Sean’s second Vevo Go Show after he performed his Finally Famous cut “Celebrity” on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2011.
