Jenkem Magazine recently followed skateboarders Sean Collelo and Rob Miceli to an unnamed abandoned mental institution in New York state to shoot this latest short film, titled The Search for BLDG.40. The complex appears to be the Rockland Psychiatric center, built in 1927 and also home to a structure called Building 40, among other locations such as a theatre, a bowling alley, and pitch-black tunnels. The setting is atmospheric to say the least, with mothballs, peeling paint and graffiti from another age serving as the haunting backdrop to Miceli’s tricks and flips. Watch the film above, and check out the rest of Jenkem‘s videos over here.
