Manila-via-Dallas songstress June Marieezy has unveiled the music video to her single “Fly.” The kaleidoscopic piece is an apt complement to the track, taking us to the coasts and wilderness of Philippines. Infusing jazz notes over a stripped-back instrumental, the laid-back neo-soul track speaks on American dreams and getting acquainted with one’s spiritual side via stints on the road-less-traveled. Combining her moving vocals with spokenword, here’s a compelling glimpse at the fledging artist’s latest work.
