CNBC points out however that if you take inflation into account, Microsoft was estimated to be worth nearly $874 billion at its highest point in 1999. Considering the tech brand issued $143 million USD in stock back in September and demand for its latest innovations are quite promising going into the holidays, analysts wonder when Apple will be our first trillion-dollar company.
