The creations of Liverpool-based menswear designer Christopher Shannon recently took the stage at London Fashion Week for 2014 fall. Largely working within the framework of sportswear – paralleled by the choice of adidas footwear for this season – the collection possesses progressive overtones with each piece, sometimes imbuing notable feminine aspects. Wallpaper prints, re-imagined track suits and cigarette pack knits are several of the garments the Liverpudlian designer has highlighted this season, with tonal outfits dominating most of the show.
