Coinciding with the debut of the Nike Free Hyperfeel is that of its trail-running counterpart: the aptly-dubbed Free Hyperfeel Trail. Featuring a slightly higher cut and eschewing the original Hyperfeel’s Flyknit upper in favor of a more durable mesh slip-on with a synthetic mudguard overlay, the Hyperfeel Trail once again utilizes a drop-in Lunarlon/Free hybrid midsole in conjunction with an outdoor-specific waffle tread outsole. Dynamic Flywire is strategically placed throughout the upper for additional support and is notable in that its placement means tying the laces at the heel instead of the tongue area. Currently available in a trio of launch colorways, the Free Hyperfeel Trail can be purchased via Nike’s online store for $150 USD.
