A$AP Rocky Charged With Assault

Trouble in Rocky land. A$AP Rocky has been charged with assault for allegedly slapping a female fan in the face. According to TMZ, drama ensued occurred last weekend, during his performance at Jay-Z’s Made in America Festival in Philadelphia. The fan pressed charges yesterday against the Harlem native with misdemeanor simple assault. He was moving through the crowd when he allegedly “turned and fired off an open-hand slap, connecting with her face,” and she endured whiplash. The D.A. reviewed the case after the victim filed a complaint today, and filed the charges thereafter.
