British specialist sportscar manufacturer Caterham has unveiled the brand new AeroSeven Concept. Underpinning the AeroSeven concept is an updated version of the company’s Seven CSR platform and some borrowed technology, courtesy of the Caterham F1 team. The concept’s unique body is crafted from carbon fiber and housed within is a 2.0 liter inline-four engine good for 237 horsepower — enough to propel the AeroSeven from 0-62 in under four seconds. The lightweight racer has space for two within its open-air cabin and does away with many of the usual amenities in favor of extra weight savings. Expect the Caterham AeroSeven to appear in production guise sometime next year. You can find out more about this unique concept here.
