Carhartt WIP Radio Debuts on iTunes Store

For nearly five years now, Carhartt WIP Radio has been delivering a monthly music show to the internetweb and today the utilitarian label announced it will now be available to iPhone users via Apple’s App Store. From iTunes, “Carhartt WIP Radio is created personally by label makers, musicians and DJs who present their own art, work and stories to create an intimate one-hour trip of sound.” It has so far featured artists that include Jaime xx, Modeselektor, TRG and Madlib, with labels like Stones Throw, Monkeytown, Eglo and Prime Numbers delivering tracks from their extensive catalogs. With various music genres to choose from, WIP Radio is a free app that is available on both iOS 6 and the impending iOS 7. Check it out now via iTunes.
