Official 'The Simpsons' LEGO Sets Coming in 2014

Having brought a slew of iconic fictional characters to its fantasized bricklaying world, LEGO announced earlier today that it will launch a special The Simpsons series sometime in 2014. Fans of the long-running animated sitcom may remember the cynical Mr. Burns dumping waste from his nuclear power at LEGO Land which brought many of its attractions to life, terrorizing Springfield. Although details of the series have yet to be released, news of the forthcoming collaboration has already sparked controversy from LEGO fans, mostly due to its “age-appropriateness.” We’ll surely keep you posted on this release as more information comes to light.
