Like the more contemporary Flyknit technology that has succeeded it, Nike‘s woven nylon uppers – used over the years on everything from the original Air Woven to the likes of the Free Inneva Woven – provide a nearly limitless canvas for color-blocking possibilities and motifs. That is reinforced once again by the latest edition of the Nike Free Woven 4.0. Donning a predominately Carmine-colored upper, the lightweight slip-on boasts additional Daring Red and Neo Turquoise accents throughout while Birch leather construction is utilized for the two pull tabs and heel. As per usual, a white Free 4.0 sole provides flexible, minimalist cushioning underneath. The “Carmine” Nike Free Woven 4.0 is now available via Japan’s SOLEROOM.
