Shedding her makeup, blonde hair and even her clothes, the two-minute video features Miss Gaga undertaking the Abramovic method to advance her performance and artistic endurance. The video, which aims to bring attention to Marina Abramovic’s Institute Kickstarter, shows the artist performing unique and even eerie performance tasks – such as lying on the floor while singing a single note or walking through the woods in the nude – to heighten her physical and mental experience.
