BET Hip Hop Awards 2013 Nominees

The nominees for the 2013 BET Hip Hop Awards have been announced. Leading the pack in nominations this year is Drake with 13, followed by J. Cole who landed 10 of his own, including both rapper of the year and producer of the year. Among the other household names well-represented were Kendrick “Control Verse” Lamar, Jay Z and 2 Chainz, each earning nominations in several categories. The event will be taking place on September 28, and will air on October 15. Check out a few categories of interest below.
