Inspired by the impending dry season during her design process, South Korean designer Wooyoungmi and her eponymous menswear label have released a look at their impending Spring/Summer 2014 release. Building on a simple color palette of terracotta, sky blue and cactus green, the designer has skillfully illustrated a summertime landscape through creative use of color and material blocking. Accordingly, crisp lines are created in both patterning and silhouette, with crisp, tailored shirts and blazers, long trench-style jackets, and tuxedo-inspired trousers being the main components of the range.
