UBIQ x New Balance 1600 "The Benjamin"

Philadelphia’s premier footwear and street apparel boutique UBIQ has announced a collaboration with New Balance to release a limited edition version of the 1600 runner, dubbed “The Benjamin.” Drawing inspiration from one of America’s most notorious patriots, Benjamin Franklin, this retro runner features a predominately suede upper in blue and red, with brown leather accents to contrast its nationalist look. Additional details include 13 stars on its tongue and insole for the original colonies, a speckled midsole, a gum outsole, a white lining, tonal blue laces, and a wooden box for storage. The UBIQ x New Balance 1600 “The Benjamin” will release this Saturday, June 29 at UBIQ with additional premium NB retailers following close behind.
