Warner Brothers has released a trailer for the next installment in Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit adaptations. Drawing direct dramatic inspiration from J.R.R. Tolkien’s revolutionary novel, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug follows Bilbo, Gandalf, Legolas, and their respective companies as they navigate through the various lands of Middle Earth, and toward the legendary dragon Smaug. Standing between them are treacherous enemies and routes, not to mention each other. The film sees the return of an all-star cast that includes Sir Ian McEllen, Martin Freeman, Orlando Bloom and more. Enjoy a trailer for the film above.
