A combination of both a Galaxy S4 Mini and a 16-megapixel point-and-shoot camera, Samsung has officially unveiled its long-rumored Galaxy S4 Zoom. While the phone portion of the device features a 4.3-inch qHD display and a 1.9-megapixel forward-facing camera in conjunction with a 1.5GHz dual-core CPU, 1.5GB of RAM, and 8GB of internal storage – nearly identical to the specs of the Mini – the camera features a unique “Zoom Ring” that, when twisted, launches the likes of in-call photo sharing and additional camera modes. The device also includes a built-in Zenon flash, as well as optical image stabilization. Although pricing has yet to be announced, the Samsung Galaxy S4 Zoom is currently slated for a 2013 Q4 release across North America and Europe.
