Previously dubbed the “Mini M,” Leica‘s miniaturized “M” series camera has officially been unveiled: the Leica X Vario. Boasting a 16MP APS-C sensor alongside a Vario Elmar 18-46mm f/3.5-6.4 ASPH lens (35mm equivalent. 28-70mm), the design features a 3.0″ 920k-dot wide-angle LCD monitor, full HD video recording with 1920×1080 pixels at 30 frames per second, and much more. Made in Germany, the Leica X Vario camera is further detailed via Leica’s own website and is now available at select Leica stockists for $2,850 USD.
