IWISHUSUN, the charity organization that is dedicated to tackling preventable blindness, and designer Marcelo Burlon, the mastermind behind “Country of Milan,” have teamed up with German brewhouse Warsteiner to create a limited edition beer bottle. Burlon brought his signature bright animalistic patterns to this collaboration project, choosing a vibrant owl graphic placed upon a contrasting black or white background. This colorful graphic is intended to symbolize a hope for vision. Accordingly, in conjunction with partner ORBIS, a cataract eye operation will be financed in Dhaka, Bangladesh for every item sold. The bottle is set to first make an appearance at Berlin Fashion Week, alongside the limited edition T-shirts.
