It was announced today that Earl Sweatshirt‘s recent run in with pneumonia will cause him to miss more than just his appearance at this year’s Bonnaroo music festival. The rapper delivered the bad news today via Twitter and went on to state that, like dubstep, his pneumonia just will not go away. While there was initial speculation that he would be canceling all of his currently scheduled shows, Pitchfork reports that only the European leg of his summer tour has been called off thus far. Thankfully, the sickness hasn’t thrown off the release of Earl’s upcoming album, Doris, which is expected to drop next month.
