Following from the release of his Still Busy remix EP, Ed Banger‘s head honcho BUSY P delivers a video for hit single “The Song.” Calling upon Andrew Woodhead on vocal assistance, the chromatic music clip sees a plethora of iconic album sleeves iterated with the star’s faces replaced by static and irregular imagery. Directed by Arnaud Deroudilhe, the French director picks artwork from 20th century’s most celebrated — Kraftwerk, Prince, The Notorious B.I.G., Nirvana, Whinny Houston and more — perhaps nodding at Ed Banger’s own influence in the realm of dance music, celebrating in timely light of their 10-year anniversary.
