A Preview to Land Rover and AD's Art Installation Inspired by the 2013 Range Rover

Land Rover has teamed up with Architectural Digest to unveil a one-of-a-kind aluminium structure art installation inspired by the 2013 Range Rover. Designed by Matthias Hollwich and March Kushner, the installation — entitled Climbing Up – will incorporate the same aluminum material as the 2013 Range Rover vehicle. Pictured is a rendering of the art piece, which manipulates the strong aluminum as lightweight ripples elevating the luxury SUV. “This spectacular public art installation speaks to the physical properties of high-strength aluminum, as well as the design aesthetic of the 2013 Range Rover and we’re excited to see how it draws attention and discussion to our next generation Range Rover,” says Kim McCullough, Land Rover’s brand representative. The large installation will be unveiled in New York City’s Meatpacking District on June 6. Be sure to check it out for yourself if you’re in town.
