A Glimpse at San Francisco's Four Barrel Coffee and The Mill

Tucked away in the cozy Mission District of San Francisco lies Four Barrel Coffee. Owner Jeremy Tooker takes us inside his traditional coffee roasterie and to explain what a great cup of coffee consists of. What separates Four Barrel from other coffee shops is their usage of minimalism, and the value they have in interaction with one another whilst enjoying a cup of of quality joe. Four Barrel’s lack of WiFi internet is a testament to their belief that the experience shouldn’t be bogged down by outside interference. With a society that is constantly on-the-go, Jeremy still believes in the experience of the coffee shop atmosphere. The Mill is a collaboration between Jeremy’s Four Barrel Coffee and nearby bakery Josey Baker Bread. Contrary to the mechanical roasterie that Four Barrel is known for, The Mill’s emphasis is on the human touch and creation via their selection of toasts and fresh roasted coffee. Check out the video above and see what the fuss is about.
