Estimated to sell for at least five million euros by RM Auctions Inc., the car went for €9.2 million euros to an unidentified buyer after a 20 minute bidding war. This particular example has quite a storied past, having been driven by Mike Hawthorn and Nino Farina at Le Mans in 1953. Pedigree aside, this is one absolutely stunning piece of automobile history.
