Nike Introduces PHOTOiD: NIKEiD for Instagram

Nike and Instagram have joined forces for the latest expansion of the ever popular NIKEiD customization platform. Dubbed “Nike PHOTOiD,” the app seeks to allow users to immortalize captured moments with a corresponding piece of footwear by applying the image’s color palette to the likes of a number of Air Max classics: the Air Max 1, Air Max 90, and the Air Max 95. Finished designs can then be purchased and shared through Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Google+ and Instagram itself via smartphone, tablet or computer. Nike PHOTOiD is now available in the U.S., UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Japan and China.
