New from PUMA by MIHARAYASUHIRO comes an artistically ambitious capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2013. The Pop-Art Camouflage Collection consists of a pair of low-top sneakers, a tote bag, and an oversized backpack, and sees all three pieces detailed with a colorful, cartoonish camouflage pattern. Drawing cues from Warhol and Lichtenstein, MIHARAYASUHIRO brings a multi-dimensional, artistic approach to the pieces. This is most notable in the transformation of the sneakers’ soles, which sees the vulcanized outsole taken out of its context, beyond the border between upper and lower.
